(San Antonio) — The Seguin Lady Matadors clubbed three home runs Friday night, cruising to a 10-1 victory over San Antonio Southwest to complete a two-game sweep of the Lady Dragons in the Class 5A UIL bi-district round.
(Seguin) — In Class 4A, the Navarro Lady Panthers had their season come to an end Friday night with a 7-6 loss to the Devine Arabians in Game two of their first-round series at Navarro High School.
(Yoakum) — In Class 3A, the Marion Lady Bulldogs are headed to the area round.
(Seguin) — The Seguin Matadors wrapped up a perfect District 27-5A season Friday night, beating San Antonio Jefferson 5-2 at Matador Legends Ballpark.
(Marion) — The Marion Bulldogs — undefeated champions of District 27-3A — will play Crystal City in the Class 3A bi-district playoffs.
(Seguin) — And the Navarro Panthers, District 28-4A champions, open bi-district play against Pleasanton in a Class 4A best-of-three series.
