Ruthie Mae Fennell 70 years old, of Seguin, Texas passed away Tuesday August 28th 2018.
Survivors include husband: Ervin Fennell Jr., son: Wilbert Freeman Jr. daughters: Debra Brown, Trishalle McBride, Tasha Slough brothers: Neal Miller Jr., Willie James Miller, Reginald G. Miller and sisters: Mary Caad, Rosie Franklin and Antionette Harrison. Wake will be held Friday August 31st from 5pm to 7pm at Crenshaw Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will take place Saturday September 1st 2018 at 11am at Refuge Church #3 in Seguin, Texas. Burial will follow at Miller Homestead Cemetery.
