Raymond Torres, age 83 of Kingsbury, passed away on September 19, 2018.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel on Thursday, September 20, 2018 followed by the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6 p.m. with Deacon Nick Carrillo officiating. A procession will depart Tres Hewell Mortuary on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 11 a.m. for the Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery. Raymond was born on July 29, 1935 in Guadalupe County Texas to Francisco and Maria (Maldonado) Torres. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Dominga Tagle Torres, his son Leonardo Torres, his parents and his sisters, Pauline Guerrero and Alice Hurley. Survivors include his daughter, Yolanda Lynner and husband Richard; son, David Torres and wife Diana; daughter-in-law, Norma Leticia Torres; grandchildren, Bianca Torres, Jessica M. Torres, Johnathan Torres and wife Caley, Erin G. Lynner, Rebekah J. Lynner and Leonardo Torres, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Addie and Nova Torres; sisters, Virginia Hernandez and Julia Wilkerson; numerous other loving family members and many friends.
