(Seguin) — Jacob Burns made a leaping grab in the back of the endzone on the final play in regulation and Gabe Hernandez split the uprights on the ensuing extra point to give the Seguin Matadors a thrilling 28-27 victory over the Wagner Thunderbirds on Friday night at Matador Stadium.

(Geronimo) — Navarro improved to 3-2 in District 13-4A with a 45-15 victory over Smithville at homecoming at Navarro High School.

(Ingram) — And Marion fell to 2-1 in District 13-3A in a 28-21 setback at Ingram Moore.

SEGUIN, Texas — Texas Lutheran celebrated homecoming with a 28-6 win against McMurry in front of a crowd of over 1,500 fans – including members of the 1974 NAIA national championship team and TLU Hall of Famer Verne Lundquist Saturday evening.

(San Antonio) — The Seguin Lady Matadors fell for the first time in District 27-5A play with a four-set loss at San Antonio Burbank on Friday night.

(Geronimo) — The Navarro Lady Panthers took down Fredericksburg in straight sets at Navarro High School on Friday to take over sole possession of third-place in District 26-4A.

(San Antonio) — The Marion Lady Bulldogs took over second place in District 27-3A, with a five-set victory at San Antonio Cole Friday night.

(Buda) — And the Lifegate Lady Falcons saw their 2024 season end on Friday, falling in the second round of the Texas Christian Athletic League Class 2A volleyball tournament.
