(Seguin) — With election season in full swing and the date to cast your ballot close at hand, there’s never been a better time to get informed about candidates and issues. That’s according to Tracy Donley, TLU director of communications and content marketing.
Donley says the public this Wednesday night is invited to a Candidates’ Forum being hosted by Texas Lutheran University’s Center for Servant Leadership, the TLU MOVE Texas Student Club, and the Community Forum.
The non-partisan event will include a slate of city, county, and state candidates. Candidates will introduce themselves and briefly share their platforms.
Eddie Davila Jr. will serve as the moderator of the forum. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and register to vote if they’re not already registered.
The event is free and begins at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday in TLU’s Wupperman Little Theatre.
