(Seguin) — Christmas is just a few days away and downtown Seguin has you covered for that last-minute gift shopping. Two great opportunities for shopping will be the December Third Thursday and the downtown artisan markets on Saturday, December 23.
December Third Thursday’s theme will be all about finding those last-minute holiday deals and scratching those names off your gift list. Downtown merchants will be open late until 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 21 offering deals.
For example, Big Chief Cigar is offering 15 percent off cigars, 25 percent off gift sets, and 30% accessories during Third Thursday and now until the end of the year is offering $50.00 off an annual membership which includes a humidor locker, giveaways, discounts on merchandise, and more.
Stroll south on Austin Street on Third Thursday to Gift & Gourmet for even more discounts, like 50 percent off Christmas items, 20 percent off Kendra Scott, and 20 percent off pots, pans, and bakeware. Can’t make it to Gift & Gourmet on Third Thursday, they have you covered with expanded hours being open Saturday, December 23rd from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Christmas Eve Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Head over to Father Christmas during Third Thursday and find 40 percent to 50 percent off Christmas merchandise. There you will find an ornament for anyone, décor to get your home in the season, and so much more.
There are over a dozen businesses that will be open for you to explore during Third Thursday, so come out to find those last-minute deals and enjoy a holiday stroll through downtown.

Austin Street Market at 414 North Austin Street will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with over a dozen vendors selling handmade items.
The Yellow Rose Artisan Market will be in Central Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with over 50 vendors. One vendor, Noni’s Natural Soaps will be having a special on her soaps, including her flower soaps that come gift boxed for $10 and offering six bars of soap for $30.00. Other vendors include carpenters, bakers, clothing, jewelry, and much more.
