Bobbie Jean Stigall Herbold, age 96 of Seguin, passed away on October 28, 2023. Bobbie Jean was born on January 4, 1927 in Lockhart, Texas to Lois (Trammell) and Gene Stigall. She married Roland John Herbold on January 4, 1946. Bobbie Jean is preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Roland, and her parents.
Survivors include sons, Henry Herbold and wife Brenda, Jim Herbold and wife Shirley, and Gene Herbold and wife Patty; grandchildren, Dylan Herbold, Lois Elley and husband Chad, Lisa Bloch and husband Wesley, Jason Herbold, Jon Herbold, Cole Herbold and wife Melinda, and Jordan Abrameit and husband Cody ; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; brother, Billy Sam Stigall; nephew, Warren Stigall; cousin, Glynell Frost; sisters-in-law, Lorena Schievelbein, Lydia Whitwell, Goldie Herbold, and Hazel Kutac and husband Kenneth; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, at 2 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Paul Theiss officiating. Interment will follow in the Stigall-Herbold Memorial Park.
Her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren (Dylan Herbold, Jason Herbold, Jon Herbold, Cole Herbold, Hunter Herbold, Ty Elley, Brady Elley, and Hayes Roland Herbold) will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Chloe Bloch, Lily Bloch, Jenefer Scheel, Brylee Scheel and Russell Falor.
The family would like to thank the caretakers Lisa Bloch, Lidia Martinez, Sheryl Brietzke, and Patti Lang for all of their love and support over the last few years.
