Shirley Jean Albers, 78, of New Braunfels, TX passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018 at her residence.
She was born to Pat Dotson and Annie Bell (Deloche) Dotson in Seguin, Texas. She is survived by daughters, Cynthia DeLany and husband Daniel of Seguin, and Anita Day and husband Thomas of Seguin; grandchildren, Daphane Miller, Dustin, DeLany, Christine Day, Robert Day, Joseph Cicha; 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; brother, Clyde “Buddy” Lincoln Dotson and wife Gladys; sister, Nina Stephens; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Albers; and grandson, Darrell DeLany. A Graveside Service will be held 1:00 PM January 5, 2019 at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. The services are under the direction of Zoeller Funeral Home.
