Narcotics officers zero in on suspects resulting in drug bust, recovery of stolen vehicle


(Seguin) – Four vehicle burglary suspects were taken into custody on Interstate 10.

On Tuesday, the Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force (GCNTF) conducted a narcotics operation in the 3000 block of IH-10 in Seguin. Officials say during the operation, the suspects were located inside of a stolen vehicle from Bexar County. The suspects were identified as Brieson Brown, 22, of McQueeney; Devin Brown, 18, of San Antonio; Rongea Bergen-Savala, 21, of San Antonio and Eric Nolden, 19, from San Antonio.

During a subsequent probable cause search of the vehicle, taskforce officers located a handgun, counterfeit oxycodone M30 pills, ecstasy pills, THC vape carts, and marijuana.

Brieson Brown was arrested for manufacture delivery of controlled substance PG1 4 Grams < 200 Grams, unauthorized use of motor vehicle and Unlawful possession of firearm.

Devin Brown was arrested for manufacture delivery of controlled substance PG1 4 Grams < 200 Grams and possession of controlled substance PG2 <1 Gram.

Bergen-Savala was also arrested for manufacture delivery of controlled substance PG1 4 Grams < 200 Grams and manufacture delivery of controlled substance PG2 4 Grams < 400 Grams.

Eric Nolden also faces charges of manufacture delivery of controlled substance PG1 4 Grams < 200 Grams.

All four were arrested and transported to the Guadalupe County Jail.
