(Seguin) — ‘Tis the season to wish for cooler weather and holiday-inspired traditions. Join us for Third Thursday on July 21st from 4 to 8p.m. to get you in the spirit of supporting downtown businesses!
While the temperatures outside are hot, the feeling inside downtown stores will be downright frosty this month as the businesses host Christmas in July. Everyone is invited to check out what’s new in the shops, grab dinner & listen to live music!
The stores will be decked out in Christmas décor offering specials, holiday themed beverages, and a special appearance from Summer Santa and the Grinch. The Shop at Design Associates will be offering 25% off all merchandise, including brand new 2022 Christmas Inventory and their famous margaritas. Another favorite, Father Christmas Shop will be OPEN! “Our job is to put a smile on your face. One of the best themed Christmas stores in Texas!’ said owner, Thomas Long.
“Several downtown stores are participating on Thursday evening,” said Amber Ehrlich, Board Member of the Downtown Business Alliance of Seguin, “So come out to visit all of them and enjoy some holiday cheer.”
Kona Ice, Q’s Place Creole Cooking & Seafood, and TNT Dogz will be spread throughout the downtown area offering you some delicious dining options. Enjoy live music from Rick & Jay as they perform in Central Park.

Third Thursdays are hosted by the Downtown Business Alliance of Seguin, a nonprofit membership organization that works to promote downtown Seguin. The Alliance welcomes all individuals, businesses, and organizations with a passion for downtown Seguin to join them.
So, mark your calendar for Thursday, July 21 to spend the evening in downtown Seguin for Christmas in July and come back downtown for next month’s Third Thursday, August 18th.
