Local pizza employee assaulted, search continues for group of teens

In custody

(Seguin) — The search now continues for two out of five Seguin teenagers who reportedly assaulted a female employee at a local pizza restaurant.

Seguin Police officials say the incident was reported on Friday at Rosie’s Pizza. They say upon arrival, officers spoke with Rosie’s Pizza employees who stated that a group of individuals arrived at the location and began assaulting the employee. The group was later identified as 18-year-old Crystal Flores, 19-year-old Anastacia Flota, 19-year-old Chloe Torres, 18-year-old Elijah Arzola and 18-year-old Abner Davis.

Upon further investigation, surveillance footage from the incident shows a metal object was used to further assault the victim.

That day an arrest warrant was obtained for Flores, Flota, Torres, Arzola, and Davis for one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The warrants were issued by Darrell Hunter, Justice of the Peace Pct. 1.

Flota was taken into custody the same day and was transported and booked at the Guadalupe County Jail. Others who have also since been arrested include both Torres and Flores.

The remaining members of this group are known to possess firearms and are considered dangerous.

Seguin Police asks anyone who may have information on Arzola or Davis’ whereabouts to contact Detective Means at 830-379-2123. Those wishing to remain anonymous are asked to contact the Guadalupe County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-403-TIPS.
