Ruby Jean Carter passed away March 12, 2022 at the age of 82.
Survivors include: husband Ervin Carter Sr., sons: Wesley Carter and William Carter and daughter: Karen Miller.
Viewing will be held Saturday March 19th 2022 at 10am. Funeral will begin at 11am at: St.James Baptist Church 20831 Hwy 80 North Belmont, Texas
