(Seguin) — The Yellow Rose Artisans Market returns to Central Park on Saturday, February 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with 18 vendors selling handmade goods, artwork, jewelry, canned goods, and knitted items.
This will be the second time for this market to be in Central Park, with the first time being last month on January 22. The event organizer, Yellow Rose Fiber Producers, was thrilled with the market in January and is bringing even more vendors this month.

Vendors include Seguin carpenter Wil Salt, owner of Salt ShakerWoodworks. He will be selling his wood products crafted from reclaimed wood. Items include cutting boards, Shaker style furniture, bowls, wine stoppers, and more. Another Seguin based vendor attending is Djrdesigns selling crochet clothing and other fabric products.

Marlin Farms will be selling their handmade goat milk soaps and lotions from their goats and honey and bees wax wraps from their bees. Nancy’s Crafts and Finds plans on attending the market to sell their glass suncatchers, night lights, ornaments, and signs.

The Rustic Heifer will be selling painted signs, car freshies, wine bags, koozies and more. You will be able to buy bird houses, clothing and more from Tracy’s Treasures.

“We are glad to have the Yellow Rose Artisan’s Market in downtown Seguin,” said Kyle Kramm, Seguin Main Street & CVB Director, “Not only does the market benefit the small home based businesses that set up as vendors, but the mom-n-pop brick-and-mortar stores benefit as well with more traffic and visitors coming to downtown Seguin.”

If you are interested in being a vendor at the market, sign up through the web site, www.yellowrosefiberfiesta.com and clicking on the Yellow Rose Artisan Market link. The vendor fee is $40.00.
Make plans to come downtown the fourth Saturday of the month and see the works created by your neighbors and friends.
