Charles Horace Smith, of Seguin, died Tuesday at the age of 82. Arrangements, for Charles Horace Smith, are pending at Eunice and Lee Mortuary.
Survivors include daughter, Maggie Harris; sister, Ella Ann Saine; and brother, Ples Smith.
