SEGUIN, Texas — Texas Lutheran University Athletics celebrated another successful crowdfunding campaign, raising $131,513.50 through 646 gifts, surpassing its $125,000 goal.
Held October 7–21, the annual campaign, themed “Stronger Together,” brought alumni, families, friends, and fans together to support 14 athletic programs.
The campaign’s success was bolstered by several significant contributions, including a $30,000 commitment benefiting Football, Softball, and Golf, a $14,000 gift providing $1,000 to each of the 14 participating sports, and a $10,000 commitment to TLU Football. Additional leadership gifts of $3,500 and $2,500 helped build momentum, while hundreds of contributions from alumni, families, and friends demonstrated the broad support behind Bulldog Athletics.
Football led the campaign with $26,321 raised, followed by Men’s Soccer with $18,594.50 and Softball with $14,225. Men’s Soccer also led in participation, receiving an impressive 206 gifts.
Beyond the fundraising totals, the campaign reflects the Bulldog community’s commitment to building a tradition of excellence. From championship performances to academic achievements, TLU student athletes continue to demonstrate what is possible when dedication meets opportunity.
“Stronger Together” was more than a campaign theme. It was a reminder that behind every Bulldog is a community invested in their success.
