SEGUIN, Texas — Texas Lutheran men’s basketball announced the complete schedule for the 2026-27 season on Thursday, as head coach Austin Falke begins his fifth season at the helm.
The Bulldogs are slated to play 27 total games, 25 regular-season matchups and two exhibitions. Memorial Gymnasium will be the site for 12 games.
This year’s schedule starts on Nov. 6 as the Bulldogs travel to Nacogdoches to play Stephen F. Austin, head coach Austin Falke’s alma mater in an exhibition. The Bulldogs second and final exhibition will come against Division-II St. Mary’s on Nov. 25.
The official season opener is Tuesday, Nov. 10, when the Bulldogs travel to Kerrville to face Schreiner before traveling to Georgetown to face Southwestern on Nov. 12. The Bulldogs will host Howard Payne at Memorial Gymnasium on Nov. 17 for the home opener.
November also features trips to Hardin-Simmons (Nov. 20) and McMurry (Nov. 21). TLU’s non-conference home schedule concludes with games against Schreiner (Nov. 29) and Mary Hardin-Baylor (Nov. 29).
Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) play begins on Friday, Dec. 4 with the Bulldogs on the road for their first two conference games at Austin College and Dallas (Dec. 5). The Bulldogs will host Hendrix (Dec. 18) and Ozarks (Dec. 19) to open their 2026-27 home SCAC slate. The Bulldogs will play every team in conference in a double round robin format in 2026-27.
