(Seguin) — The Seguin Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a woman investigators say was involved in a theft at Academy Sports & Outdoors.
The theft occurred September 2 at the store located at 1316 IH-10 East in Seguin.
Police have released security footage of the woman as they work to identify her. She is described as a Black woman who stands approximately 5 feet, 2 inches tall with a slender build and is believed to be possibly in her mid-50s.
At the time of the incident, she was wearing a black do-rag, a black short-sleeve shirt, black sweatpants and maroon fuzzy slippers.
