SEGUIN, Texas — The Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office is on the scene of an active SWAT call-out Thursday afternoon in the 2500 block of Timmermann Road.
A 22-year-old man is being sought in connection with the assault of an 18-year-old woman at a residence in the area. No one has been seriously injured. The scene remains confined to a residence in that block.
The public is asked to avoid the area to give law enforcement space to work. Motorists should use alternate routes if possible and expect delays and an increased law-enforcement presence.
