(Seguin) — This weekend is also the weekend to welcome new Guadalupe County royalty.
The annual Queen’s Contest gets underway this Saturday at 5:30 p.m. in the Seguin Coliseum. A total of 10 contestants will be vying for the crown.
Those competing for county royalty are Braylee Wise of Samuel Clemens High School; Gabriella Reising of Resolute Academy; Hannah Skrobarcek of Samuel Clemens High School; Tessa Thomas of Samuel Clemens High School; Adriana Tova of Lifegate Christine School; Harley Frost of Navarro High School; Sofia Langford of Navarro High School; Chole Law of Seguin High School; Emily Sanchez of Navarro High School; Sydney Nichols of Samuel Clemens High School.
The community is encouraged to come out and watch the stage portion of the contest this Saturday.
