(Seguin) — A 40-year-old man is facing a sexual assault charge following an investigation by the Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff’s investigators opened the case Wednesday, after receiving a complaint about a sexual assault that reportedly occurred recently on Still Meadow Road.
Investigators say they worked throughout the night to gather corroborating information and evidence.
Their investigation eventually led them to a suspect identified as 40-year-old Bradley Lyn Baker.
Baker was arrested during a traffic stop Thursday morning on West Kingsbury Street near North Bowie Street.
The sheriff’s office says additional details are not being released at this time in order to protect the integrity of the investigation and the privacy of those involved.
