Funeral Services for Bruce Allen Proctor will be held Saturday the 15th at Heritage Oaks Mortuary corner of Sinclair Rd and WWWHITE RD at 11AM. Interment will be held Friday, the 21st at Ft.Sam Houston National Cemetery at 10:30 am. He is survived by sisters,Esther Proctor, Ada Proctor, Jo Ann Proctor. Arrangements under the direction of Eunice and Lee Mortuary.
