(Corpus Christi) —What started as an ordinary convenience store stop during a trip to Corpus Christi ended with a life-changing surprise for one Seguin resident.
The Texas Lottery announced that a Seguin resident claimed a $1 million top prize after purchasing a winning 200X The Cash scratch-off ticket at Circle K #2740130 on McArdle Road in Corpus Christi.
The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, claimed one of the game’s four top prizes worth $1 million.
According to the Texas Lottery, this is the first of four $1 million top prizes claimed in the 200X The Cash scratch ticket game. The game offers more than $115 million in total prizes, with overall odds of winning any prize listed at 1 in 3.41.
The Circle K store that sold the winning ticket could also benefit from the sale. Under the Texas Lottery Retailer Bonus Program, the retailer may receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the top-prize winning ticket.
