During the Tuesday, July 7 Seguin City Council meeting, Mayor Donna Dodgen presented Walter Meriwether with the Distinguished Citizen Award.
Meriwether received the award for completing all 3 citizen academies offered by the City of Seguin – including the Citizens Police Academy, the Citizens Fire Academy and the Citizens Univer”City”.
