(Seguin) — St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church’s annual fundraiser, Texans Reaching Out, is scheduled for Friday, April 24 in the church parish hall at 201 E. Nolte in historic downtown Seguin. Doors open at 6 p.m. The evening features a fish fry by Johnny’s BBQ and tunes everybody will know by The Magpies! You’ll also enjoy appetizers, drinks, and a handheld dessert bar. There will be a brief presentation by Caroline Figlioli with Iris Global Ministries, providing a home for children in Uganda / South Sudan, which is one of the ministries the event helps to support.
Tickets are free of charge, but reservations are required. A collection will be taken to benefit all the outreach ministries of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church including the Christian Cupboard, the Children’s Advocacy Center, Jefferson Elementary, the South Texas Pregnancy Care Center, and many more local ministries along with several international missions including in Honduras and Navajoland.
