(Seguin) — The Seguin Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class is looking to make improvements for children who participate in Seguin Little League. The class is expected to present its community service project during tonight’s meeting of the Seguin City Council.
The proposal calls for updates to the dugouts, a remodel of the restrooms, and potentially additional improvements throughout the Little League Complex. Class members are scheduled to discuss their vision for the project, along with fundraising plans to support the work.
In other business, the council is set to consider approval of three Fix-It Façade Grants for businesses in the downtown area. The reimbursement grants are designed to help spruce up commercial properties.
The council meets at 5:30 p.m. today at Seguin City Hall.
