(Seguin) — The Seguin Lady Matadors are hosting their annual girls basketball tournament.
Eight teams are competing in this year’s event, which runs today through Saturday. The Lady Mats have a busy day with two games scheduled. Seguin opens tournament play against Elgin at 9 a.m. at the Seguin High School Student Activity Center. Later this afternoon, the Lady Matadors face the Smithson Valley Lady Rangers at 5 p.m., also at the SAC.
(San Antonio) — The Navarro Runnin’ Lady Panthers are competing in the Cole girls basketball tournament in San Antonio.
Navarro enters as the defending tournament champion. The Cole tournament runs today through Saturday.
(Marion) — The Marion Lady Bulldogs host New Braunfels Christian Academy tonight in a rescheduled game.
Originally set for Tuesday, tip-off is now scheduled for 6 p.m. tonight at Marion High School.
(Seguin) — The Lifegate Falcons and Lady Falcons host Victoria Cobra Homeschool tomorrow evening for a girls-boys doubleheader.
(Guadalupe County) — The Seguin, Navarro, and Marion boys basketball teams are idle for the rest of the week. All three teams will be in action on Monday.
