(Seguin) — The Seguin Lady Matadors are back at Goldie Harris Gym tonight to host San Antonio Fox Tech in District 27-5A play.
The Lady Mats swept Sam Houston last Tuesday in San Antonio in their district opener, winning the match, 25-15, 25-11, 25-11. Seguin has won 10 matches so far two weeks into their season. The Lady Matadors will host the Seguin Matador Classic tournament starting on Thursday.
Seguin and Fox Tech will meet tonight at 6:30 p.m. at Goldie Harris.
(Poth) — The Navarro Lady Panthers are in Poth tonight for a non-district matchup.
Navarro will play at the Goliad tournament starting on Thursday. First serve in tonight’s matchup between Poth and Navarro takes place at 6 p.m. at Poth High School.
(Pleasanton) — And the Marion Lady Bulldogs continue play on the road tonight when they take on Pleasanton in a non-district match.
Marion has yet to play at home this season as construction at Marion High School has kept them from hosting a match. The Lady Bulldogs will play in front of their home crowd for the first time this season next Tuesday when they host New Braunfels Christian Academy. Marion will be over in the Hill Country this weekend for the Johnson City Varsity Tourney.
Tonight’s match between Marion and Pleasanton gets underway at 6 o’clock at Pleasanton High School.
