(San Marcos) — Navarro catcher Shelbi Stevens was named to the Texas High School Coaches Association 2024-25 Class 4A Super Elite Team.
Stevens, a University of Kansas commit, was one of 15 players from across the state that were named to the Super Elite Class 4A softball team.
Stevens earned a spot on the All-District 26-4A first team as a junior this past season after breaking her own Navarro High School single season home run record with 11 homers, which eclipsed the 10 she hit in 2024 as a sophomore. Stevens, who has been a first team all-district selection in all three of her years at Navarro, has hit 26 career home runs.
On July 15, Stevens will compete at the Texas Girls Coaches Association All-Star Softball Game in Arlington.
