Reverend Jimmie Flakes, of Seguin, died recently at the age of 83. Visitation runs from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, May 23 at Second Baptist Church. A wake service will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 23 at Second Baptist Church. The funeral, for Rev. Jimmie Flakes, is set for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 24 at First Baptist Church. A graveside service and interment will be held at 10: 30 am. Tuesday, May 27 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. The services are under the direction of Tres Hewell Mortuary.
