(Geronimo) — Navarro senior Tegan Harborth led Lady Panther girls’ basketball All-District 26-4A honors with a first team selection.
Harborth led the Lady Panthers in points, rebounds, assists and steals per game in the 2024-25 season. The senior averaged 16.2 points, 7.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.3 steals per game.
Seniors Madison Gilliam and Isabell Geipel landed on the all-district second team, while sophomore Allyson Antista, junior Jill Baker and senior Sarah Falor earned spots on the honorable mention list.
Gilliam averaged 6.0 points, 2.2 assists and 1.9 steals per contest. Geipel pulled down 5.2 rebounds per game while dropping in 4.3 points. Antista averaged 2.1 points and 2.8 rebounds a game. Baker dropped in 2.7 points and 1.9 rebounds per contest. Falor averaged 2.3 points and 2.8 boards along with 1.0 steals per game.
Navarro’s academic all-district honorees include Harborth, Gilliam, Geipel, Baker, Antista along with Kallista Cadell Scott, Evelyn Scott, Joselle Uncangco Burgos, Camden Shields and Trinity Loftice.
Navarro won 26 games overall under head coach Darrell Harborth in his 27th and final season. Harborth, the father of senior Tegan Harborth, led Navarro to the regional finals for the third time in his career at Navarro where the Lady Panthers fell to Cuero last week. Harborth amassed 637 wins in his career and led the Lady Panthers to the playoffs 25 times with 13 appearances in the third round of the playoffs and a state semifinal appearance in 2014.
