(Guadalupe County) — The outdoor burn ban for the unincorporated areas of Guadalupe County has officially been lifted. Recent rains in the area have prompted officials to allow residents to burn safely. The order went into effect on Friday Feb. 14.
In the order signed by Guadalupe County Judge Kyle Kutscher, it states that people should continue to use caution and exercise burning practices. It also reminds residents that all state laws regarding burning procedures still apply.
