(Seguin) — Today is the day that citizens are invited to help plant the seeds of what they envision as the city’s future recreation and aquatics center.
The city is hosting the Community Meeting as the Seguin Parks and Recreation Department embarks on a Recreation Center Feasibility Study. The community meeting will be held at 6 pm today at the Seguin Coliseum.
City officials say public input from the meeting will help determine if a Recreation Center is needed and if so, what types of recreational interests are most desired by the community in the center such as fitness area, indoor/outdoor aquatics, gymnasium, indoor walking/jogging track, teen room, recreational program rooms, and more.
