(Seguin) — The public can now add Academy Sports & Outdoors to the list of new businesses coming to Seguin.
According to project filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR), Academy is building a nearly 63,000-square-foot store that will be located in the 1300 block of IH 10E.
The new Academy is part of the new Seguin Crossing shopping center. The new retail center will also include some other well-known stores, like Hobby Lobby, James Avery, and Five Below. The new retail center will be built on land just east of the Starbucks store near IH 10 and SH 123.
These are just a few of the new retail developments in Seguin’s pipeline. Other stores also slated to come to Seguin include O’Reilly Auto Parts on State Highway 46; Chick-fil-A I-H 10 Frontage Road (next to Bill Miller’s BBQ) and Kentucky Fried Chicken also on State Highway 46.
