Seguin Fall Festival on tap for Downtown this October

Special by Myra Salinas, Main Street & CVB Tourism assistant

(Seguin) — Another first-time event, Seguin Fall Festival is taking place in Downtown Seguin. This event is Saturday,

October 19 from noon to 11 p.m. This inaugural festival promises a fun filled day with activities for the whole family.

The festival will feature food and craft vendors throughout the day, and a car show till 4 p.m., BBQ and Chili Competition, kids’ activities, and multiple Texas Country artists playing throughout the day. The musical festivities kick off from noon to 10 p.m., Luke Parter, Ian Tonory, Matt Castillo, Sarah Hobbs, and Jeff Canada. Each performer brings their own distinct style, making for a diverse and unforgettable musical experience.

“The Seguin Fall Festival is a family-friendly event born from a conversation between David McCampbell and County Judge Kyle Kutscher. Their idea was to create an event that raises money for our local first responders. As the event coordinator, I am excited to bring this great festival to Seguin, featuring a car show, live entertainment, craft and food vendors, and activities for kids. We invite everyone to join us on October 19th to support our local heroes who are always there when you need them,” said Patrick Pinder, event coordinator.

They’ve worked hard to create a fun-filled event for the whole family, with all proceeds from the Seguin Fall Festival is going directly to the fire departments in attendance.

“This festival is not just about entertainment—it’s about giving back to the local heroes who serve our community. We hope you’ll come out on October 19th to enjoy the festivities and show your support for our first responders. However, we still need your help to make this event a success.” said Mr. Pinder.

Anyone interested in becoming a sponsor, vendor or participating in the festival can reach out to Patrick Pinder at seguinfallfestival@gmail.com.

Make your plans now to be in Central Park on Saturday, October 19.
