Emanuel's Lutheran Church is thanking the community for another successful Eggapalooza. The egg hunt, featuring 30,000 eggs, was held Saturday at Texas Lutheran University's Bulldog Stadium. Organizers say memories were made with eggs, games and giveaways for children of all abilities.

A Guadalupe County Crimestoppers tip has led to the arrest of a man who reportedly violated his Texas Sex Offender Registry requirements. The Guadalupe County Sheriff's Investigators say they received a Crimestoppers tip in reference to a registered sex offender from Arkansas who was residing in Guadalupe County. Investigators say they were able to quickly identify Christopher Michael Garner, an Arkansas convicted child sex offender, who was sentenced to eight years in prison for his crime and was required to register as a sex offender.
