(Marion) — We’ll be on the air with a high school basketball doubleheader in Marion tonight.
The Lady Bulldogs and Bulldogs will host Great Hearts Northern Oaks in a District 26-3A girls/boys twin-bill. Both Marion teams are coming off a doubleheader sweep at Nixon-Smiley last Friday. For the Lady Bulldogs, Brianna Hunter leads Marion in scoring at nearly 11 points per game. Richie Rayos tops the Marion boys at 16.8 points per contest.

(Seguin) — Over in Seguin, the Lady Matadors start the second half of their District 26-5A season against Pieper. Seguin freshman Britlyn Walls is coming off a career game, scoring 23 points in the Lady Mats last outing against Boerne Champion this past Friday. (San Antonio) — The Seguin boys are at Pieper tonight. Matador senior John Jackson leads the district in scoring at 28.2 points per contest. Tonight’s boys game between the Warriors and Mats tips at 6:30 p.m. at Pieper High School.
(Fischer) — After having last Friday off, the Navarro Panther boys are back in action tonight. The Panthers will take on the Canyon Lake Hawks on the road in District 27-4A play. Tip is set for 6:30 p.m. at Canyon Lake High School.
(Geronimo) — The Navarro girls are also back in action tonight for the first time in a week. The Runnin’ Lady Panthers will host Canyon Lake. Navarro is tied for second place in the district with Boerne as the second round of district play begins tonight. The Lady Panthers beat Canyon Lake on the road back on December 12th. Tonight’s game tips off at 6:30 p.m. in Geronimo.
(Bastrop) — And the Lifegate girls and boys teams will play a road doubleheader against the Bastrop Tribe Warriors. The girls play first at 6:30 p.m.
