(Seguin) — Heart of Texas Records is proud to present “Dottsy and Friends Reunion Show” at the Texas Theater in Seguin, Texas, on Saturday, Oct.28. The show begins at 5 p.m.
Dottsy will be joined by her special guest Lanette Pennell as well as former band members Clark Grein, Howard and Marianne Hudiburg and Kaye Tolson. The Heart of Texas Band will also perform plus Tracy Pitcox will serve as the MC for the show.
Former RCA recording artist Dottsy began singing in public at the age of 10. She was inducted as a member of the Country Music Association of Texas Hall of Fame in 1998.
Tops songs have included “Storms Never Last,” “After Sweet Memories, Play Born To Loose Again,” “I’ll Be Your San Antonio Rose,” and “Trying To Satisfy You.” Legendary country music artist Waylon Jennings also joined Dottsy on the song “Tryin To Satisfy You.”
Dottsy joined Heart of Texas Records releasing her first album in over a decade. “Meet Me In Texas” contained some of Dottsy’s re recorded older hits as well as some new songs.
