(Seguin) — For many years, Seguin Lions Club member Suzanne Sanders Campa has chaired the club’s Pack the Bus effort for the benefit of the Seguin and the Navarro School Districts. Campa’s husband, James, serves as her co-chair. Despite the extreme heat, enough area residents contributed during the drive-by collection effort, to result in a donation of more than $2,500 to Seguin ISD for school supplies for students in need. Also collected during the drive was a large collection of zipper storage bags used by campus nurses for ice packs, as well as a multitude of other purposes by teachers.
