(Seguin) – The Seguin Police Department is investigating an accident that claimed the life of one person.
According to reports, the accident occurred at 10:10 p.m. Thursday, July 27 near the 606 mile marker on Interstate 10 West.
Upon arrival, officers located a deceased individual on the highway. After further investigation, officers learned that the deceased person had exited his vehicle (Dodge Durango) onto the highway after having a single vehicle collision. Upon entering the roadway, the man was struck by a Toyota Camry and Ford Expedition. The man has been identified as 32-year old Felix Isaac DeLaRosa, of La Grange. DelaRosa was pronounced dead at the scene, and his next of kin has been notified.
The occupants in the other two vehicles were transported by Seguin EMS to a local hospital, and are said to be in stable condition.
