Jose Ernesto Ramirez Mata, 50, of La Grange, Texas, passed away on April 29, 2023. Jose was born on February 28, 1973, to Maria Mata and Jose Ramirez in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico.
He is preceded by his father, Jose Ernesto Ramirez Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Ester; his children, Johana Ramirez, Jose Ramirez Jr., Juan Angel Ramirez, Jonathan Ramirez, Denise Anaya, Izaiah Moreno, Roxanne Arenas, Justin Arenas, and Rene Orozco; his grandchildren; his mother, Maria Mata; siblings, Edgar Ramirez, Larry Ramirez, Linda Ramirez, Erica Ramirez, and Esmeralda Ramirez as well as nieces, nephews and numerous other family and friends.
Jose had an abundance of love for his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. He spent his time working in his tow truck, loved to attend car shows and ride in his favorite Harley or old school car with his wife, Ester.
The family would like to invite those who would like to attend Jose’s final cruise through Seguin on Friday, May 5, 2023. Lining up will start at 3:30 p.m. at the Palmer Mortuary parking lot. After the cruise, visitation will begin at 4:30 p.m. with the Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m.
