(Seguin) – A pair of teens are behind bars after injuring a woman in a drive-by shooting. Seguin Police say just after 3 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a residence in the 500 block of Mitchel Ave for the drive-by shooting involving a dark colored sedan.
Upon arriving to the home, officers found a 57-year-old female with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The injured female was taken to a local hospital and then transported to SAMMC in San Antonio. Several other individuals were inside of the residence but were unharmed.
Seguin Police Officers quickly located the suspect vehicle and arrested the two men they say were involved.
They include Pablo Salaz, 17, of Seguin and Luis Leandro, 18, of Seguin. Both are charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Leandro and Salaz were transported to the Guadalupe County Jail and are each currently being held in lieu of a $750,000 bond.
Seguin Police officials say the case remains under investigation.
