(Seguin) — After a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19, Seguin’s Earth Day Festival and Spring Trade Days is back. The one-day event features over 75 vendors selling yard décor, home goods, clothing, art, and food; plus, an additional 20 green exhibitors educating the community on how to live a more sustainable life.
On April 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the vendors and exhibitors will fill Central Park and the downtown area. Seguin Main Street is currently accepting applications from businesses, artisans, nonprofits, and others to be either a Trade Day vendor or Earth Day exhibitor.
All Trade Day vendors must be selling a product at the show. For an arts and craft booth, the fee is $45.00 without electric, $50.00 with electric. For a food booth, the fee is $70.00 without electric, $75.00 with electric. Booths are 10’ by 10’ and the vendor provides their own tent, tables, and chairs. Nonprofits not requiring electricity are able to have a free booth, but still must be selling a product at Trade Days.
In addition to the vendors selling their products, will be Earth Day exhibitors. To be an exhibitor, the booth must be providing an interactive experience, selling green products, and/or have demonstrations of green environments. There is no cost for nonprofits to be exhibitors. Commercial enterprises interested in being an exhibitor, must sponsor the Earth Day Festival.
