Manuel “Caballo” Gonzales

Manuel “Caballo” Gonzales, age 67 of McQueeney, Texas passed away on November 29, 2020.

Manuel was born in Seguin, Texas on May 22, 1953 to Antonia (Muniz) and Jose Angel Gonzales. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Artemio, Louis, Roy and Arturo Gonzales.

Survivors include his loving wife, Veronica Gonzales; children, Leticia Villegas and husband Isaiah, Rebecca Gonzales, Veronica “Roni” Ramirez and husband Brian, Jessica Gutierrez and husband Chris, Manuel Gonzales, Jr. and partner Christina Gonzalez, Joe Daniel Gonzales, Estella Varela and husband Hector, and Joseph Cardenas and wife Angela; brother, Joe Gonzales, Jr. and wife Susie; sisters, Amelia Andrade and husband Ramiro, Gloria Gonzales, Janie Contreras and husband Augustine, Dolores Baiza, Marie McNair and husband Charles and Diana Weigel and husband Paul. 17 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins other loving family members and friends.

A walk through line visitation will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2020 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary.

Private interment will be held at a later date. All CDC protocols must be followed including social distancing and face coverings worn.
