(Seguin) — The Texas Rangers are looking into the possible suicide of a former Seguin area doctor, who was jailed on charges of double murder. The Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office says Dr. Robert Fadal the Second was discovered hanging in his cell yesterday morning, and was declared dead at the hospital.
Fadal had been under indictment for capital murder following the 2018 shooting deaths of Tiffany and Anthony Strait. The couple had been helping Fadal’s mother when he opened fire with court documents saying he thought they were part of the Russian mob.
