(Seguin) — Four additional COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Guadalupe County. The latest numbers, released on Friday, brings the total number of cases to 85.
The new cases include two additional cases now in the city of Seguin, bringing the city’s total number of cases up to 15.
There are now 47 active cases in Guadalupe County, and 38 patients who have since recovered from the virus. Fortunately, there have been no deaths reported in connection with cases that have been reported here locally.
All of the new patients are self-quarantined at home, and they are being monitored by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
Guadalupe County residents, who are dealing with symptoms, are invited to be screened for COVID-19 during a mobile test collection event in Guadalupe County.
