Survivors include: wife Mary Louise Collins, sons: Kenneth Collins, Willie(Bill) Collins Jr. Sisters: Dorothy Gibbons, Linda Chase and Carrie Collins and brother: Eugene Collins.
Viewing will take place Friday from6pm to 8pm at Crenshaw Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral will be held Saturday January 11, 2020 at 11:00a.m. at Refuge Church #3 with interment to follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Seguin, Tx.
