Herbert Bishop, 72, of Kingsbury died on December 27, 2018.
He was born November 16, 1946 in Temple, to Claude and Leora Bishop, and spent most of his life working on various ranches tending cattle. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic to support his family. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Rose Bishop, of Kingsbury; daughters, Windy Bishop-Taylor, of Temple and Johni Bishop, of Abilene; son, Eric Bishop of Kingsbury; sister, Mary Lynn Stephens, of Odessa; numerous great and great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Herbert was preceded in death by his parents; son, Noel Bishop; two sisters and four brothers. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Goetz Funeral Home.
