City Wide Revival
The Ministers Union of Seguin & Vicinity will have its Annual City Wide Revival continues at 7:30 Thursday, Nov. 8 at New St. James Baptist Church located at 302 A.J. Malone Dr. in Seguin. The Guest Evangelist will be Reverend, Dr. M.C. Walker of East 19 Street Baptist Church in Austin.

Fall Fest
The La Trinidad UMC will have its Fall Fest from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10 in the backyard at 306 E. Gonzales St. in Seguin. There will be live music, food, games, silent auction, and bake sale. Admission is free.

Harvest Fest and Obstacle Course
The King's Cross Church will have its free Harvest Fest with "Ninja Warrior" style obstacle course from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10 at 196 Tor Dr. in Seguin. There will also be a family portrait photo station with photographer, a coffee truck, games, arts and crafts, face painting, and more. For more information call 830-542-8389 or visit

Blood Drive
The St. James Catholic Church will have a Blood Drive from 9 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11 in the Family Center. For more information call Veronica San Miguel at 830- 491-8166.

BBQ Chicken Sale
The Knights of Columbus #3412 and St. James Catholic Church will have a BBQ Chicken Sale after all Masses (8 a.m., 10:15 a.m., and 12:15 p.m.) Sunday, Nov. 11 and at the BBQ pits behind the KC Hall. The price is $6 for a whole chicken.

BBQ Fundraiser
The Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church will have a medical related expenses benefit BBQ Chicken/Sausage Meal and Silent Auction for Linda Canet from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11 at the Silver Center located at 510 E. Court St. in Seguin. The cost is $10 per meal and there will be dine-in and take-out available. Dinner is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 11th between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Hope in the Holidays
The Emanuel's Lutheran Church and St. James Catholic Church are sponsoring a Hope in the Holidays Concert by David Kauffman at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11 at St. James Catholic Church.

Veterans and Family Appreciation Service
The Clearview Baptist Church will have a Veterans and Family Appreciation Service at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11 at 2287 Wade Road in Kingsbury. There will be a speaker from each branch of service and from a military wife. The theme is "On the Battlefield for the Lord." The sermon is "Know Your Enemy." For more information call 830-481-4256.

Taste of the Holidays
The Women of Cross Church will present a "Taste of the Holidays," at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11. Tickets are $6 and will be sold at the door of the Fellowship Hall. Tickets include a taste of foods, a cookbook of the dishes served, and a chance for a door prize. For more information call 830-379-4312.

Free Bible Course
The World Bible School is offering free Bible correspondence courses. Answer questions from the Bible and send in for grading. Visit for further information.

Ladies Aid Bazaar
The Emanuel's Lutheran Church Ladies Aid will have its Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13 in the fellowship hall located at 206. N. Travis St. in Seguin. Homemade coffee cakes, sandwiches, salad plates, chips, desserts, coffee, and tea will be available for sale. There will also be a country store, crafts, homemade quilt raffle and more.

Whole Food Plant Based Potluck
There will be a Whole Food Plant Based potluck from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15 in Heirholzer Hall of the First United Methodist Church. The program will be on "Healthful Eating for Families." This will be a special meeting for Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) and all interested in feeding their family to potimize health. Dave Ramsey’s Smart Money
The Faith Lutheran Church will be hosting a free Livestream of Dave Ramsey’s Smart Money Event at 6:45 p.m. (Please try to arrive by 6:30 p.m.) Thursday, Nov. 15 in the Sanctuary located at 1326 E. Pastor Anniversary Celebration
The New Birth Missionary Baptist Church will be celebrating the 2nd Anniversary of its Pastor, Rodney L. Carter and Family at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18 at 975 Nash Creek Rd. in Kingsbury. The guest pastor at 11 a.m. will be Rev. Lee Williams and Pastor, H.L. Carter at 3 p.m.

Grief Support
The New Hope Missionary Baptist Church will offer Healing Our Hearts Together by the Power of Prayer for those experiencing a loss or grief. Prayer Meeting
