These students are believed to be the first members of the Seguin High School Band in 1918-1919. The Matador Band this Friday looks to celebrate its 100 year anniversary with a special celebration which includes former band students. (Seguin) -- Following what was a razor thin contest throughout much of the evening, voters during Tuesday's General Election managed to unseat the incumbent in the Seguin City Council District 3 race while also welcoming a new city leader for District 7.
