Starcke Park golf pro shop setting up for a major facelift

(Seguin) -- The pro shop at the Starcke Park Golf Course is about to get a major upgrade. The Seguin City Council on Tuesday approved a request for variance that would be needed because the building is in an area that's prone to flooding and the $787,000 price tag on the project exceeds FEMA's 50 percent rule.

Connect Seguin bus service to continue with another round of service

(Seguin) -- The Seguin City Council is again making a commitment to providing a safe, reliable and affordable form of public transportation. The council again approved an agreement that will allow the city to partner up with the Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) to provide the Connect Seguin bus service.

(Seguin) – One lucky person will be $10,000 richer this holiday season. A $10,000 VISA gift card is the top prize for this year's 29th Annual Rotary Club of Seguin Raffle Night and All-You-Can-Eat Fish & Shrimp Dinner. The fundraiser is scheduled for tonight at the Seguin Coliseum.

(San Antonio) - Navarro's 4A Division II Region IV championship game against Cuero, originally scheduled for Friday, has been postponed due to inclement weather.  The Panthers and Gobblers will now square off on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Comalander Stadium in San Antonio.
